Only the written acceptance of a quotation issued by ILABS, where applicable accompanied by the acceptance of separate General Terms and Conditions of Sale, may create a contractual relationship.

ILABS cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information.
7. No contractual relationship
Simply consulting the Site, sending a quotation request, or making any contact through the Site does not create any contractual relationship between the user and ILABS.
Any commercial relationship shall be subject to:

• its explicit acceptance,
• and, where applicable, the application of General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or a written agreement.

Any dispute relating to the use of the Site, its content, or a quotation request shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of ILABS.
